Join Rose, from Rose Colored Wellness and Ginny for an evening of Sound Healing + therapeutic Breathwork Circle at Ritual, Art of Wellness in Cape Elizabeth. The healing medicine of Rose's sound bath will take us into our breathwork journey and then receive us for integration following the breath session. This event is intentionally held on the eve of the Summer Solstice.
