Green Heart Alchemy is a living synthesis of the medicine that moves through me. It’s deeply rooted in my purpose.

This offering weaves conscious, connected Breathwork with a sacred plant ally. I have been exploring this possibility since the beginning of my Breathwork training, and over the past year I have devoted myself to cultivating a relational practice with the plant ally we will journey with.

What to expect:

We’ll gather on Friday February 27th or Friday April 10th (two upcoming offerings) for an intimate circle held in a beautiful sanctuary. Together, we will embark on an immersive journey inviting connection, expansion, creativity, and deep inner alchemy. While the experience is primarily inward, we will be supported by the shared field of the collective.

Our journey will continue with an integration circle the following morning to anchor and weave what has been received.

This work has been such a joyful homecoming — one that continues to surprise and open me — and I am honored to share it with those who feel called.
